Acid Asian
Fábio Seiki, aka Acid Asian, is one of the leading rising names in Brazilian Hard Techno. The first Brazilian artist to release an EP on KNTXT — the label founded by Charlotte de Witte and his main inspiration since 2018 — he has been building a solid and increasingly international career within the Techno scene. Mentored by Charlotte de Witte in 2021, Acid Asian became a recurring presence within the KNTXT ecosystem. In 2022, he delivered the very first release on the sub-label RPMX with the acclaimed EP “Break Into Acid.” Since then, he has performed at every KNTXT edition in Brazil, as well as at two editions during ADE in the Netherlands, and at a showcase in Manchester, UK.
His recognition extends far beyond borders: one of his tracks was selected by Charlotte de Witte to close her set at Tomorrowland Brazil, and he also received support from Tiësto during AMF.
With an active touring schedule across major clubs and festivals, Acid Asian has performed on iconic stages such as Tomorrowland Belgium and Brazil, DGTL, Verknipt Brazil and The Grid. He has also been a highlight at Ame Laroc Festival and Mottus, where he opened the floor for Amelie Lens, in addition to appearances at key Brazilian venues such as D-Edge and Club Vibe. Internationally, he has played at venues including The Warehouse Project and T7 Paris, as well as shows in Japan, India, Chile, Romania and Germany. Beyond the stage, Acid Asian has released recorded sets for platforms such as Clube dos Lenhadores, Mind The Gap, Techno Airlines and T-Minus Records, and tracks on labels including Get In Line, Tantsa, NSDA and NowNow Records. In his productions, Acid Asian crafts a powerful sonic signature: intense acid lines, tightly driven kicks and percussions inspired by Japanese taiko, combined with drum elements and references that move between Techno, Psy Trance and rap, resulting in a unique, energetic and highly distinctive aesthetic.
